Formed in 1969, the Club is dedicated to the preservation of the Healey and Austin Healey marques through the sharing of information and knowledge at general meetings, social, competition and technical events. The Club is affiliated with CAMS (Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd.), the CSCA (Combined Sports Car Association) and the CMC (Council of Motor Clubs Inc.)
